Yaniv Hassidof is a PhD student at the Technion, advised by Professor Kiril Solovey, specializing in autonomous systems and bridging deep learning with classical robotics algorithms. With eight years of research and industry experience, including experience at Amazon, IBM, and Rafael, his work focuses on reliable autonomy and reasoning in complex real-world tasks through the integration of diffusion models and search algorithms. His research on Motion Planning was recognized with the Israeli Association for Automatic Control 2025 GSC award.
